You need to collect all the wandering flames (those blue flames that move around) to open the gate. But alternatively you can touch the chalice and it will unlock the gate without collecting the wandering flames.
Thank you for quick reply! Now i found the gates. It's weird, yesterday i searched every pixel, there were no gates. I still think there was a bug. Game is great! Cool protagonist, unusual approach with gameplay, can't wait continuation!
This was amazing! I loved the story! And the gameplay was really interesting, being able to conjure different items. Great use of sounds, ambience and music, and the monsters were really creepy! You definitely need to continue this game, it has a lot of potential! Now I'm curious to know what the Sandman looks like!

Is it a bug or i don't get something? When you touch blue flame in the chalice, it just disappears and nothing happens. Or the game isn't finished?

I touched the chalice and collected all wandering flames and then that's me who's wandering there and i still never found the gates:>
